Room; reorganising my vanity dresser.

I forgot just how many products I've went through, to get the perfect everyday make up combination. As much as I'd love to champion the fact that going all natural is ze best, going out with my eyebags for all the world to see isn't really an option I'd like to choose, unless, if I'm camping, which, um, you'll hardly see me do. Teehee! But of course, there are times I can't be bothered to put on anything except for sunblock and lip balm on my face. Especially if I'm headed out to the supermarket 5 minutes away or even to the shopping centre nearby.

So here are the products I use on a daily basis!

I tend to switch moisturisers every now and then depending on the state of my face. If its desert dry, I'll go for heavier creamy moisturiser. Otherwise, I'd go for the gel-based moisturiser, less oily, absorbs fast. Then, sunblock. Which, I cannot emphasise enough, is a MUST! I was sent this product several months ago for review purposes and I'm still using it. Love the texture, its so moisturising as well!

For liquid foundation, I alternate between NARS Sheer Glow and Revlon Photoready. Between the two, its easier to blend in Revlon's. If I have extra time, I'll go for NARS because I like the finish it gives. Healthy, dewy and glowy. It takes a lot of time to blend it in though which is a no-no especially in the mornings on work days.

Then I'll conceal any blemishes with Mac's studio finish concealer. I don't conceal my eyebags with this because I don't think the texture is appropriate for dark circles. To each his own though, but this works perfectly in concealing any blemishes. Gone, poof, within seconds!

I'll set everything with Chanel's loose powder. Ah, this one must have been made in heaven. With the classic Chanel scent, it is finely milled and feels so silky smooth. A little bit goes a loooooong way for this fella.

Followed by NARS' blusher in Orgasm. Such a beautiful color, without a doubt. Maybelline's Baby Lips; this is slightly tinted so sometimes I'd go to work with just this, without any lipstick. If I feel like dressing up a bit, I dab some Chanel lipstick on top. I love their lipsticks cos they last for a looooong time. Even after eating, drinking, they're still in tact. I'm definitely not the kind of person who will actually reapply my make up every now and then so this works great for me.

I have really stubborn eyelashes and Benefit's They're Real is probably the only mascara that can make it stay curled. I don't use mascara all the time though, wouldn't consider it as everyday make up since its such a hassle to remove.

Spritz myself with my favourite, and apparently, my parents' favourite scent too before leaving the house, Chanel's Eau de Parfum Coco Mademoiselle. This thing is magical. This is my third bottle and I'll probably wear this scent forever. Two tiny spritzes can last me all daaaay and stays on my clothes until I send it to the laundry.

and because I was rearranging my vanity, I reorganised all my accessories by using this three tier cake display. First tier for all my rings and small accessories, second tier for my watches and the third, for my everyday make up. I only put items I wear all the time so it'll be within reach. Let me know, if you want me to bring in this cake display ya! There's another two tier design too!
